Importing/Exporting Tag

Users can share and migrate tag data between different OUs using the rag import/export function.

Tag Import

In addition to creating custom tags, you can also batch import tags by uploading files in .xlsx format.

Note

Importing tags is not supported for system tag groups.

  1. On the Tag Management function homepage, select a custom group under which tags will be imported.

  2. Click New/Import Tag> Import Tag to make the Import Tag window pop up.

  3. Click Download Sample to download and refer to the sample file.

  4. Enter or modify the tag information based on the format of the sample file.

  5. Click Upload and select the local .xlsx file to upload.

  6. Click Confirm to import the data.

Tag Export

Both system tags and custom tags allow batch export.

  1. On the Tag Management function homepage, select a tag group for which to export the tags.

  2. Click Export Tag to complete the export.
