Tutorial Overview

Devices that have already been connected to EnOS may require a change in the environment/OU it is currently connected to due to latency issues. Current methods involve going on-site to reboot or reset the devices, which is time-consuming and labor intensive.

The Device Provisioning Service provides a reprovisioning solution that enables the changing of a device’s environment/OU with minimal disruption. Reprovisioning refers to the ability to connect a a device that has already been connected to an environment/OU to a new environment/OU without any change in its product key.
