Access Management¶

Creating multiple connections at one go.
Adding multiple devices under a connection at one go.
Importing protocol configuration file for multiple connections.

In EnOS Edge > Edge Management > Forwarding, the following feature is added:
Forwarding measurement points of array type over IEC104.

Data Archiving¶
The enhancements in data archiving apply to the following EnOS Edge series:

In EnOS Edge > Edge Management > Data Archiving, the following features are added:
Configuring archive policy for measurement points.
Downloading archived files offline.
Downloading archived files by calling APIs.
Deploying archiving service independent of EnOS Edge on a device to meet the demand of large-volume archiving.

Issuing a command to multiple measurement points.

In EnOS Edge > Template, the following features are added:
Using OEM timestamp for the connected devices.
Synchronizing measurement point data type of the template with that in the feature definition of the model in the cloud.

In EnOS Edge > Template, the following features are added:
OPC-UA protocol supports encrypted connection, array-type measurement points, and multi-frequency sampling.
IEC 104 protocol supports filtering the changed telemetry data of MSC measurement points.
Downloading files over FTP/SFTP.

File Service¶

Firmware Upgrade Over-the-air (OTA)¶
The enhancements in Firmware Upgrade OTA apply to the following EnOS Edge series:

Remote upgrading of EnOS Edge firmware.
Data Across Air Gap Service¶
The enhancements in data across air gap service apply to the following EnOS Edge series:

The following features are added for data across air gap service:
Transmitting file-type data across an air gap, high-to-low and low-to-high.
Deploying active/standby EnOS Edge devices across an air gap.
Deploying active/standby air gaps.

Local Testing and Configuration¶
You can use the local testing tool to test protocol and network with intermittent, weak, or no connectivity. The local configuration tool helps you create and manage models, Edge instances, and application data with intermittent, weak, or no connectivity.

Importing EnOS Edge configuration into a local Edge instance.

Containerization¶
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) personnel can remotely deploy and upgrade EnOS Edge instances, singly or in batch, with the containerization service. The following EnOS Edge series support containerization:

This service includes the following features:
Creating a configuration management database (CMDB) to manage resources including the EnOS Edge instance and its applications.
Creating and managing resources packages for deployment.
Updating or deploying an application in one EnOS Edge instance.
Updating or deploying an application in multiple EnOS Edge instances.
