Time Series Data Management Overview¶
The EnOS Time Series Database (TSDB) provides efficient and stable storage management for time series data that is ingested from devices or generated by the stream processing engine.
Architecture¶
Description of the Architecture Components
Data Storage: Supporting the storage of real-time data that is uploaded from devices, calculated data by the stream processing service, and data integrated from the offline message channel. For detailed information about the supported data types, see Configuring TSDB Storage (EnOS Cloud) or Configuring TSDB Storage (EnOS Edge).
Data Service: Providing TSDB Data Service APIs for querying data that is stored in TSDB, including asset raw data, aggregated data output, device status change data, device status duration, and daily electric energy production data. For detailed information about the APIs, see TSDB Data Service API.
Product Management Tools: Providing TSDB Storage Policy, Data Insights, and Data Deletion tools.
Applicability¶
