EnOS Data Management

EnOS provides support for the full data chain in IoT scenarios, helping you manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data source, data ingestion, data processing, data storage, data governance to data sharing.

Data Ingestion

In addition to IoT data onboarded through the previously mentioned device connectivity and data onboarding approaches, EnOS enables you to register other types of data sources—particularly IT-related data—and synchronize data seamlessly.

Data can be synchronized from your own data stores to the data store in EnOS Cloud, or vice versa. This flexibility allows you to manage and exchange data efficiently between EnOS Cloud and your systems through the Data Source Registration feature.

Data Storage

EnOS provides a unified datastore for efficient and stable management of time series data, relational data, and graph-based data.

For time series data, EnOS provides a Data Insights feature to help you improve the efficiency of data exploration. With this feature, you can view the latest data ingested from your devices and generate a chart for the data that is stored in TSDB by selecting a specific time range and device measurement points.

Data Governance

Enable the centralized governance of multi-source data through the consolidation of IT and OT data maps with data lineage. Help build consistent semantics through central model management and standard management. Categorize data assets in accordance with business use cases for efficient management and enhanced discoverability.

Furthermore, unified data security and policies are enforced to mitigate data risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Data Sharing

Data APIs

The basic approach to access the data on EnOS is through EnOS APIs. For example, you can use the TSDB Data Service APIs to query data that is stored in EnOS TSDB. For more information, see EnOS APIs.

Data Subscription

EnOS Data Subscription improves the API calling efficiency of applications with active data push, which supports subscription to various data types such as real-time asset data, asset alert data, and event data. You can use the provided Java SDK to retrieve the subscribed data.

Data Archiving

EnOS supports archiving and storing data from the real-time message channel, data from the offline message channels, real-time alert records, and data stored in TSDB. It provides flexible storage configurations to reduce your data storage costs.
