Sharing Process Models

You can share process models with other OUs by using the export and import function. This saves you time and effort to build a process model from scratch.

Procedure

Export Process Models

  1. In the navigation pane, select Process Models.
  2. Next to the process model that you want to export, hover over the ellipsis (…) and click Export.
     The process model is exported as a .zip file to your local computer.

Import Process Models

  1. In the navigation pane, select Process Models.
  2. Click Import Process Model.
     The Import Process Model dialog box appears.
  3. Click Select File, select the process model that was exported, and click Open.
  4. Click Import.
     A new row appears in the list of process models.

Results

You can now proceed to customize the design of the model for your own needs.
