Unit 2: Share the Standard Car Model

This file explains how domain experts can share the constructed standard car model with the OUs of device integration and management personnel and application developers.

Preparations

Before starting, domain experts must ensure that the required permissions have been assigned to their accounts. If permissions are not assigned, contact the system administrator.

Operation Steps

1. In the Developer Console of the application portal, select Sharing Management.

2. Go to the Model list, and click the Configure button next to the car model.

3. In the “Sharing Strategy” popup, complete the configuration based on the following information:

   • Sharing Mode: Share with All OUs

   • Synchronization Method: Automatic

4. Click Confirm to complete the sharing policy configuration.

5. Repeat the same operation to share the body and wheel models.

Results

Check the “Sharing Status” column on the model list page:

• If Success is displayed, it indicates that the models have been successfully shared to all OUs in the application portal.

• If Failed is displayed, click the View button on the right of the model to check the error details. After resolving the issue, select the Share button to manually synchronize the models to all OUs in the application portal.
