Batch Sharing of Model Data¶
This file explains how to share models and model packages in batches.
Prerequisites¶
Ensure you have access to the group’s developer OU. If not, contact the OU administrator to assign permissions or the system administrator to set the current OU as a developer OU for a specific group. For more information, refer to Model Management Permission Allocation.
Batch Configuration Policy¶
In the Developer Console of the application portal, select Sharing Management.
Go to the Model list and select either the Models or Model Packages tab.
Click Batch Actions in the upper-left corner and choose Batch Configuration Policy from the dropdown menu.
Select the target models and click the Configure button in the upper-left corner.
In the popup, check the corresponding sharing policies and click Confirm to complete batch configuration.
Batch Sharing¶
In the Developer Console of the application portal, select Sharing Management.
Go to the Model list and select either the Models or Model Packages tab.
Click Batch Actions in the upper-left corner and choose Batch Sharing from the dropdown menu.
Select the target models and click the Share button in the upper-left corner to complete the batch sharing operation.
Results¶
After sharing, view the sharing results in the “Sharing Status” column on the model list page:
If Success is displayed, it indicates that the models or model packages have been successfully shared to all OUs in the application portal.
If Failed is displayed, click the View button on the right of the model or model package to check the error details. After resolving the issue, select the Share button to manually synchronize the models to all OUs in the application portal.
